WHY ORGANIC COTTON?

At Reef Rebellion we are trying to revolutionize Australian fishing shirts by creating 100% organic fishing shirts that are comfortable to wear on the boat and everyday life. They feel good on the skin, stop sweating and are versatile. Our Ocean apparel is for everyone everywhere.

WILL WE BE FEATURING NEW SPECIES?

We have picked four of our favourite species to feature on our first Reef Rebellion fish shirts collection. These four species represent the beauty and diversity in the ocean that we need to work together to protect. If you have requests for other species you would like to see, please let us know.

SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

As part of our sustainability policy, we have chosen to partner with producers that use 100% organic cotton products and eco-friendly printing. We ship with no plastic and offset our carbon emissions from transport. 10% of proceeds from Reef Rebellion goes to Reef Restoration Foundation.

WHO IS REEF RESTORATION FOUNDATION?

Reef Restoration Foundation is a non for profit based in Cairns in Australia that focuses on restoring the Great Barrier Reef. They do this by growing, keeping and out-planting resilient coral in their coral nurseries. Resilient 'mother' corals are taken from healthy parts of the reef and used for fragmentation to grow Corals in a controlled environment in a lagoon off Fitzroy Island. In 2022, the first outplanetd corals have spawned showcasing a successful cycle from fragment to sexual maturity. If you want to learn more. Click here.
